Ask any AE what slows them down mid-deal and it's usually the same thing: they can't remember the answer to a competitor. I designed one overview card plus eleven competitor-specific cards, built so a rep can find the answer without relearning the layout.
Section
Overview
New reps were still learning the landscape, and veteran reps were running competitive deals every week. Both needed a fast way to answer "why us over [competitor]" without relying on memory or digging through old notes.
What I Built
One "Company vs. Everyone" overview card, plus eleven cards, one per competitor. Each card is built to be scanned in five seconds…
The moment in a call when a rep needs the answer now, not a document to study beforehand.

The Process
I designed the full 12-card set from research and comparison points the team had already gathered. Same formatting, same hierarchy, on brand across all twelve, so a rep finds what they need without relearning the layout each time.
The Result
New reps open the card instead of learning the competitive landscape from scratch. Veteran reps get the same on-brand answer to every competitor, every time.

Sales Team Improvising Competitive Answers?
If sales is answering from memory, I build the battlecard system instead. For competitive work, I'll sit down with your AE for thirty minutes and pull the comparison points directly — that's research, not copywriting.

Tiffany Otten Consulting wanted something for Coro's booth besides a deck. A demo a prospect could click through on their own. I built it in Figma Make: four customer-story demos, no code, no dev team.

Most designers work one account at a time. For two years, I ran two: Power Digital's marketing team, and Fusepoint, the data service Power Digital launched from scratch. Then I built an ongoing content design practice for a third, Coro, through TOC.
